Obituary of William Jack

Jack, William B. (Royal Highland Regiment, Black Watch, World War II veteran) ~Passed away peacefully at St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday, November 4, 2016. In his 91st year, William Briars Thompson Jack, beloved husband of Mary Davidson Jack, loving father of Maureen Davidson Jack (Jim Norris). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews in Canada, Scotland and Australia.Predeceased by a brother John and five sisters Georgina, Margaret, Norma, Joyce and Jean. Bill’s family wish to express their thanks to the St. Catharines General Hospital’s doctors and nurses for their attention and care. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Saturday, November 12, 2016 from 9am until time of service in the chapel on Saturday, November 12, 2016 at 11am. Interment in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Ontario Heart & Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
