Jackson, Kathleen (Kay) On April 10th passed peacefully at the Garden City Manor surrounded by her family. Beloved mother to Sharon Cleaver amazing grandmother to Peter (Janice), Shelly (John), Jody (Lisa). Gram will also be greatly missed by her many loving great grandchildren. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, St. Catharines on Saturday April 14, 2018 from 9 a.m. until time of service in the chapel at 11 a.m.
