Obituary of Mary Tompkins

TOMPKINS (Tufford) Mary Ilene – Peacefully at the Guelph General Hospital on December 26, 2012 in her 96th year. Loving mother of Nancy (Hans Doeink) of Guelph and Larry Tufford (Gail) of St. Catharines. Cherished grandmother of Peter, Timothy, Jill, Karen, Julie, Matthew and devoted great grandmother of 15. Predeceased by her daughter Margaret Foster, her sisters Beatrice Scott, Helen Manley, her brother Kenneth Rellinger and her two grandchildren Mark and Paul Bowden. Mary was the founder of the original Tufford Rest Home on 11 Race Street. As per Mary’s wishes a private family service will take place at a later date. Arrangements entrusted to Patrick J.
