All of my memories of Joyce are good ones. She was a strong steady force, intelligent and caring. Joyce and Richard made a wonderful team; they were great complements for each other, genuinely goodhearted and public spirited.
My most sincere sympathies to all of you in the Boyce family and larger circle. Joyce was special.
