Obituary of Perry Sacco

Sacco, Perry Passed away peacefully with family by his side at St. Catharines General Hospital on Monday, August 5, 2019. In his 62nd year, Perry Sacco, beloved husband of the late Colleen (nee Stock), dear friend of Kim Burns, loving father of Brian, Brittany (Ryan)and Brianna, loved Papa of Keira and Devin, dear brother of Dennis (Linda), Mike (Nancy), Alf (Diane), Chris, Sharon, Teresa, Joe (Sharon), Mary (Jeff), Carmen (Alyssa) and Porky (Lori). Specially remembered by Presley, Tim and the Stock family. Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his parents Carmen and Ellen Sacco, by brothers Marty (Jody), David and Ted. Perry retired from Brock University as a chef for over forty years. He was a member of the Knights of Columbus. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Sunday, August 11, 2019 from 2pm to 4pm and 7pm to 9pm. Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday, August 11, 2019 at 7pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Mary of the Assumption Roman Catholic Church, 169 St. Paul Crescent, St. Catharines (905-682-3813) on Monday, August 12, 2019 at 11am. Memorial donations to Autism Ontario – Niagara Chapter (1-800-472-7789) or Hospice Niagara (905-984-8766) would be appreciated.
