Obituary of Irene Willett

WILLETT, Irene Passed away peacefully with family by her side at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Hospital on Friday, September 20, 2019 in her 89th year. Beloved Wife of Dallas (also known as Jim), loving mother of Adele (Daniel) Yan of Winnipeg and adoring grandma of Adam and Julie. Dear sister of Gordon and Elizabeth Murdoch. Irene will be remembered by her many friends and family throughout Canada. Irene is predeceased by her parents William and Elizabeth Murdoch and her siblings Margaret Murdoch and Gordon Murdoch. Irene worked 17 years for the Department of National Defense and 10 years with the Albert School Board. A graveside service will be held at Resurrection Cemetery (355 Taunton Rd. E. Whitby 905-688-8912) on Saturday October 19, 2019 at 1pm. Memorial donations to Asthmatic Society and Red Cross would be appreciated.
