Hilton, Jennifer Passed away peacefully at the Juravinski Hospital in Hamilton on Sunday, February 14, 2016. In her 50th year, Jennifer Ann Hilton (nee Shanahan), loving mother of Max and Zachary. Fondly remembered by her brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews. Visitation will be held at Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Friday, February 19, 2016 from 9am until time of service on Friday, February 19, 2016 at 11am.
