Obituary of Anastazy Senko

Peacefully at the St. Catharines General on Tuesday December 9, 2008. In his 85th year, Steve Senko, loving husband of Gertrude (nee Hoffman). Loving father of Ken Senko. Brother-in-law of Mary Ellen (Mrs. Frank Kurek), Joseph (Beverley) Hoffman and Sharon (Mrs. James Hoffman). Fondly remembered by his nieces and nephews. Predeceased by his mother Eva and his brother-in-law James. The family wish to express the deepest thanks to the hospital doctors and staff of the sixth floor. Friends will be received at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St. St. Catharines (905)685-6584) on Friday December 12 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Liturgy will be celebrated at St. Denis Roman Catholic Church, 230 Lake Street on Saturday morning at 9:30am . Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Friday afternoon at 3pm. Rite of Committal will be held at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the St. Catharines Alzheimers Society or to the Niagara Health Services General Site New Building Fund would be appreciated by the family.
