York, Allan Peacefully at the Hotel Dieu Shaver Site in St. Catharines on Wednesday morning February 25, 2009. In his 67th year, Allan York, beloved husband of The late Patricia York (Thar). Loving father of Murray York (Bev), Sandy Hendriks (Randy McPherson), David Thar (Sandy), Jeff Thar (Maria) and Tom Hendirks. Loved grandfather of Shannon, Kyle, Courtney, Cody, Connor and Kevin. Dear brother of Carolyn (Terry Sythes) and Barry York . Dear uncle of Mark and Jim. Especially remembered by Anita Potter (Larry) and his many friends. Friends may call at the Parrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines on Saturday February 28, 2009 from 12 noon to 1pm. A memorial service will be held in the chapel on Saturday at 1pm. Interment in Pleasantview Cemetery, Fonthill. Memorial donations to the Ontario Heart and Stroke Foundation would be appreciated by the family.
