Obituary of David Kellendonk

Kellendonk, David On Monday May 11, 2009. David Kellendonk, the very much loved husband of Jo Kellendonk. Wonderful father of Pete and Chris. Fondly remembered by his many friends and the Kellendonk and Stanton families. Mr. Kellendonk’s family wish to extend their sincere thanks to Hospice Niagara for their gentle care, to Dr. Malcolm Moore and Dr. James Brierley for their remarkable knowledge and encouragement, to Dr. Alistair Cunningham creator of “The Healing Journey” for his extraordinary guidance and Rev. Canon Nissa Basbaum for her considerable support, patience and love. Friends may call at the Church of the Transfiguration, 320 Glenridge Ave., St. Catharines on Friday May 15th, 2009 from 1 to 2pm. The funeral service will be held in the church at 2pm. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to either The Healing Journey (Ontario Cancer Institute, Princess Margaret Hospital, Room#17-123 610 University Ave. Toronto M5G 2M9), Pancreatic Cancer Research, (Dr. Malcolm Moore Princess Margaret Hospital, 610 University Ave., Toronto M5G 2M9) or to Hospice Niagara (403 Ontario Street, Unit 2, St. Catharines, Ontario L2N 1L5) would be appreciated by the family.
