Obituary of Phyllis Le Blanc

LeBlanc, Phyllis Peacefully passed away at the Tufford Manor, in St. Catharines on Friday, April 1, 2016. In her 96th year, Phyllis LeBlanc (nee Hicks),beloved wife of the late Frank LeBlanc. Loving mother of Alan (Lorraine). Loved mother-in-law of Donna LeBlanc (late Calder Joseph). Loved Grandma of Robin (Melissa), Debbie (Peter), Lysianne (James), Jill Lynne, Mary Anne (Matt) and John Paul (Gayle) and their families. Fondly remembered by her nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a son Calder Joseph and a sister Essie Wry. Phyllis was a life time member of the St. Denis Catholic Women’s League. Visitation will be held at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St.,St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Sunday, April 3, 2016 from 2pm to 4pm.Vigil prayers will be held in the funeral home on Sunday, April 3, 2016 at 2pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Denis Catholic Church, 230 Lake Street, St. Catharines (905-685-5911) on Monday, April 4, 2016 at 11am. Rite of committal to follow at Victoria Lawn Cemetery. Memorial donations to the Alzheimers’ Society (905-687-3914) would be appreciated by the family.
