Obituary of Wynand Groen

GROEN Wynand – Peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Friday, February 5, 2010 at the age of 60. Beloved husband of Sharon for 38 years. Dear father of Craig and his wife Tara Dawn and Douglas and his wife Ankur. Dear brother of Simone Latham (Mike), Andy Groen (Jeanette), Patrica Baker (Nile), Norman Groen (Cheryl) and Henry Groen (Lee). Loving son of Anthonie and Johanna Groen of The Netherlands. Cherished uncle of Andrew, Jordan, Deanna, Roxana, Dylan, Joanna, Dan, Steve, Anthony, Nicole, Caleb and Joshua. Mr. Groen will always be remembered by the many lives he has touched during his 32 years of teaching, sports and especially coaching basketball at St. Davids Public School.
