Obituary of Tomasz Biesiada

BIESIADA Tomasz … With his family by his side on Thursday, June 10, 2010 at the age of 87. Born in Lagof, Poland and came to Canada in 1949. Beloved husband of Maria Biesiada (nee Sedmak) and the late Adele Biesiada (nee Houle). Dear father of Mary (John Bajc), Dennis Biesiada (Lillian) and Michael Biesiada (Victoria). Dear stepfather of Helen (Al Rae), John Bajc (Mary) and Andrew Bajc (Nancy). Cherished grandfather of Bradley, Laura, Taylor, Alexis, Alexandra and Samantha. Predeceased by his son John. Fondly remembered by his sister, brothers, nieces and nephews. Tomasz was a retired employee of General Motors where he worked on the block line from 1959 to 1984. He loved his family, home and had a passion for wine making and gardening. A private family service was held at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584). Interment was in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fonthill. Memorial donations to either Extendicare, Pelham Road or the St. Catharines General Hospital would be appreciated by the family.
