Obituary of Michael Wisniewski

Wisniewski Michael Thomas It is with great sorrow that the Wisniewski family announces the sudden passing of Michael Thomas Wisniewski (48) of St. Catharine’s, on Friday, December 31st. Although his life was cut short, his was a life full of love and giving to those he loved and cared for. Michael is survived by his only son, Matthew Rucinski, whom he admired and loved with all his heart. He is also survived by his mother, Margaret Park and father, Michael Wisniewski. He was loved by his sisters, Sandra Walters and Shelly Losani and brother in laws, Auby Walters and Fred Losani. He will be sadly missed by his nieces, Jasmynn Walters and Lauren Losani and his nephews, Elliot Walters, Noah Losani and Alexander Losani, and all his many relatives, especially Paul and Chris Wisniewski. Michael was blessed with a pure desire to help those in need. He would lend a hand to a friend or relative and was generous to a fault. He will be remembered with great fondness by all who had the good fortune to have known him. A funeral service to celebrate his life will be held at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Home, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines, Ontario on Thursday, January 6. A visitation will precede the service starting at 10:30 am, with the funeral service to follow at 12:00pm. Memorial donations can be made to a trust fund for Michael’s son, Matthew Rucinski, in Trust and would be greatly appreciated by Michael.
