Recco, Pompeo ~ Peacefully at the St. Catharines General Hospital on Wednesday, February 29, 2012. In his 85th year, Pompeo Recco, beloved husband of Eurosia Recco. Loving father of Marie (Robert Jordan). Loving “Papa” of Michael Narducci, Angie Rosier, Michael Rosier, Laura Narducci, Cassandra (Jeremy Liberty) and Joshua Jordan. Big “Papa” of Brandon, Ethan, Isaac and Abigail. Dear brother of Teresa, Benito (Lina),Candida (Emilio), Anna (Michele) and Caterina (Antonio), Brother-in-law of Etorina (late Mario). Fondly remembered by his many nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a daughter Valerie Narducci (Leonard), his parents Pasquale and Ausilia Recco. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Friday, March 2, 2012 from 7 to 9pm. Funeral Liturgy outside of Mass will be celebrated at the funeral home on Saturday March 3, 2012 at 11am. Entombment in Pleasantview Memorial Gardens Cemetery, Fonthill.
