Chambers, Louise ~ Peacefully passed away at Henley House in St. Catharines on Sunday, March 4, 2012. In her 89th year, Meenje “Louise” Chambers (nee Van der Laan), beloved wife of the late William Chambers and late friend Lewis Porter. Loving mother of Trish (Chub Hassett), Chuck Barrett (Heidi) and Lisa Barrett. Loved Oma of Mark (Tara), Monica (Kyle), Natasha, Sean, Leslie (Daryl), Ashley (Murray), Justin, six great grandchildren, and her Chambers-Ritchie-Kramers families. Sister of Guy (Sonia). Remembered by nieces and nephews. Predeceased by brothers Pieter and Johan and sister Frouke. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Friday March 9 from 12noon to 1pm. A funeral service will be held in the funeral home chapel on Friday March 9, 2012 at 1pm. In memory of Louise donations may be made to the March of Dimes.
