JASIAK Helen … On Thursday, June 28, 2012 at the age of 58. Predeceased by her loving parents Tadeusz & Josephine Jasiak. Survived by her sister Maria. Will be sadly missed by her Uncle Joe (Wanda) Jasiak, cousins Andrew (Shelia)Jasiak, Anna Jasiak her niece Eva Payette and her dear friend Sandie Greenhalgh & family. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court Street, St. Catharines (905-685-6584) on Wednesday, July 4, 2012 from 10 a.m. until the time of the service. Funeral Service will take place in the Chapel at 11.m. Interment to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations to the Toronto Humane Society would be appreciated.
