Gerden, Phyllis (MacQueen) May 12th, 1946 - July 31st, 2012 With her family by her side, Phyllis passed in the comfort of her own home. Beloved wife of Frank. Loving Mother of Venette (Sean) Purcell and Joy (Shane) Rusin. Proud Nana of Alex, Brianna, Autumn, Quinn, Gwendolyn and James. Dear sister to Rita, Ernest, Bernard and Lloyd. Fondly remembered by her extended family & many wonderful friends. Predeceased by her Mother Phyllis Halloran and siblings Margaret, Mary, Ronald and John. A special thank you to all those who were involved in caring for Phyllis. Friends may call at the Patrick J. Darte Funeral Chapel, 39 Court St., St. Catharines on Friday, August 3, 2012 from 2 to 4pm and 7 to 9pm. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at The Cathedral of St.Catherine of Alexandria, 67 Church St., St.Catharines on Saturday, August 4, 2012 at 10 am. Vigil prayers will be celebrated at the funeral home on Friday August 3, 2012 at 8pm. Rite of Committal to follow in Victoria Lawn Cemetery.
